As an eternal learner with a passion for helping others succeed, I’ve spent the last 20 years in corporate education and naturally transitioned into coaching over the last few years. I’ve witnessed firsthand how transformative coaching can be, both personally and professionally.

• 7 years (and counting) at LinkedIn as a strategic advisor to external Learning and Development consultants and internal performance consultant to LinkedIn Employees, helping teams and leaders up-skill and perform to their full potential.
• 3 years at The Talent People in the UK working with training providers and employers helping school leavers learn and earn through the government apprenticeship schemes.
• 4 years at Discovery Channel and Discovery Education helping primary and secondary schools enhance their curriculum and teaching tools with digital content to bring their learning to life.
• 1 year at Bord Bia working from Paris as a Market Advisor to understand the potential and market fit for the export of Irish food products to the French and Belgian markets while completing a scholarship in International Marketing with Smurfit Business School
• 2 years at Oracle University as an Educational Sales Consultant up-skilling and coaching international commercial and customer service teams to get the best out of them and ensure they felt supported in their roles.
• 2 years at Personally Speaking working with motivational, leadership and keynote speakers placing them with organisations looking to make an impact with their audiences and move them to change.
